Tiny little bite-sized update…

Believe it or not, I am updating you from a remote cottage in Costa Rica! I have been here for the last three weeks for an immersive yoga teacher training experience, and it has been phenomenal.

Like music, yoga is a passion of mine and I’ve gotten so much out of reconnecting with myself, nature, and the universe! I love New York City beyond measure, but I must say that walking amidst the jungle and diving into the ocean on a whim is pretty effing great.

I cannot wait to channel all this good energy into my first ever EUROPEAN TOUR this October! I am about two weeks away from embarking on this glorious adventure and I’m getting freaking excited.

1. I’ve been recording some new tunes and I freaking cannot wait to release them!

2. I’ve just made a new music video and it will be coming out soon (the photo above was taken on the shoot!).

3. I’m so excited that I’m on the verge of implosion.
